The BOOTIK online allows you to obtain your MOBIB-card and to order, renew and manage your transport contracts, whenever you want.
Have you lost your MOBIB card?
We advise you to go to one of our BOOTIK as soon as possible with your passport where you can obtain a duplicate (cost: 10€). The content of your old card will be transfered to your new card.

- Web Banking
- Visa or MasterCard.
Recharging your season ticket on your MOBIB-card
After purchase of your season ticket via our BOOTIK online, your season ticket contract will be available within 10 working days to be recharged on your MOBIB-card. You only need to hold your card in front of a validating machine in one of our 69 underground stations or at one of our 340 GO automatic vending machines.
To know which contracts are on your card, push the I button on our validating machines or consult a GO vending machine.
If you order an MTB-season ticket, you will receive the MTB-supplement within 10 working days by mail.
With the introduction of MOBIB, the « BOOTIK online » accounts are now strictly personal. 1 BOOTIK Online account is connected to 1 MOBIB-pass and 1 person.
When you log on, the BOOTIK Online automatically proposes you the contracts that correspond to your profile. It is no longer possible to order for another person. If you wish to order for a member of your family, you need to create an account for him or her and log on to this account to purchase transport contracts.
To order school season tickets at a degressive rate in our BOOTIK Online for families with two children or more, your profile needs to be adapted in our database before you order.
In case of a first purchase or a change in the composition of your household, please proceed as follows:
- Create an account for every member of your family*
- Send us a mail with an official document stating the composition of your household (a scan in jpg-format) together with the customer numbers of the members of your family to BOOTIKONLINE@stib.irisnet.be
- Wait for the mail confirming the modification of your profile
As soon as you receive this mail you will be able to order the school season tickets at a degressive rate.
*For the family memebers who already have a customer number you don't neede to create a new customer.
